Before the show started, the producers were like, &#8220;Have fun out there,&#8221; and I was thinking, &#8220;I am way too nervous to enjoy <em>anything!<\/em>&#8221; (laughs). Once it started, though, I actually had fun.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-118\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>I was a little worried about doing a live concert with just the four of us after performing as a five-member unit all this time. But afterward, we heard so many comments from holoXers* like, &#8220;I want to keep supporting the four of you,&#8221; and, &#8220;After it became just the four of you, I wasn&#8217;t sure of how to support you, but now I get it.&#8221; I think this concert became a huge turning point, not just for us, but for holoXers too.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><sup>*&#8221;holoXer&#8221; is the fan name for holoX<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-120\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>The big events like hololive fes. (hereinafter &#8220;fes.&#8221;) are obviously very fun, but a unit solo live like this is special, because it allows all four of us to be the main characters from start to finish. And because the holoXer energy is so intense, we can keep giving 120% back the whole way through. That was just&#8230; ridiculously fun. It reminded me all over again how much I love live shows.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-122\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>I&#8217;ll never forget the crowd&#8217;s excitement and the energy in the venue. I feel like we gave it all we have and saw it through, but at the same time, it doesn&#8217;t feel &#8220;over&#8221; yet. It&#8217;s a floaty kind of sensation. Preparing and practicing for the concert had become part of my daily life. Even now, I wake up and, for a second, I think, &#8220;I&#8217;ll do my best for the practice today!&#8221;<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2014Looking back, which songs left the biggest impression on you?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-122\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>With &#8220;Blast Diver!!!!&#8221;, there was a huge sense of unity with everyone in the venue, thanks to the call-and-response part.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-120\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>I know! We had no idea how loud holoXers would get until the day of. It&#8217;s a song that honors holoX&#8217;s past, but also says: &#8220;From here on, the four of us will repaint everything and keep moving forward.&#8221; While I was singing, I felt the rush of a feeling, like I could take on anything with us four.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-120\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>I put a lot into that one, too. It&#8217;s a new favorite for all of us, and it allowed us to show our new look. In the end, though, all that added up to a very cool performance.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2014The performance with each of you holding a weapon was striking, too.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-122\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>The choreographer came up with that a week before the show, saying it would look cooler. While that&#8217;s true, I felt some pressure because I wasn&#8217;t sure if we would be able to pull it off in a cool way on such short notice. I wanted to live up to the staff&#8217;s trust, though. I imagined that getting it right would make holoXers recognize how cool we can be. So I did my best.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-120\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>&#8220;Just for X&#8221; was already our hardest dance so far, and the weapon performance added on top of it. The staff told us before the practice, &#8220;You&#8217;ll just brandish your weapons and show them for a little bit\u2014nothing difficult.&#8221; But once practice started, it was so hard. It was difficult to stay on tempo, too! I was like, &#8220;You said this wouldn&#8217;t be difficult!&#8221; (laughs). In the end, though, all that added up to a very cool performance.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-124\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>From a production standpoint, when we first launched the live project, we wanted a song that would show off the four of them properly. &#8220;Just for X&#8221; was born out of that idea. That&#8217;s why we gave them new outfits made specifically for the live concert as well. As for the staging, since the Secret Society are villains, we wanted to show them doing a dynamic &#8220;superhero landing&#8221;, or in this case, a &#8220;supervillain landing&#8221;.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-118\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>That outfit change was novel to us, something we hadn&#8217;t done before. It fit the vibe of holoX perfectly. It was like a transformation scene that both adults and kids could enjoy, and it looked so cool.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-124\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>Our baseline concept was to deliver a cool and stylish four-person unit, different from everyday holoX. That is why we asked them to challenge &#8220;Just for X&#8221;. We had a cool song like &#8220;Just for X&#8221; and also had an overall vibe of chaos, which is very holoX. I always thought of myself as someone not good at singing ballads. On top of that, we had a super emotional emcee segment right before the song. The staff were teasing me, like, &#8220;Maybe you&#8217;ll get too sentimental to sing it right!&#8221; Of course, that lit my fire, and I went, &#8220;No, it&#8217;ll do it perfectly!&#8221; But then, when I was actually singing, all these memories came flooding back&#8230; and I couldn&#8217;t get through it without shedding some tears (laughs). All the others were singing so well, though. I went, &#8220;Wait&#8230; am I the only one getting these feelings?!&#8221;<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-122\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>No no, you were crying way too much (laughs). In fact, you cried so much that when we noticed it, we all went, &#8220;Wow, she is crying <em>so much<\/em>,&#8221; and it made us calm down.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-116\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>Please. Stop. Don&#8217;t tease me anymore.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-122\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>Well&#8230; I was crying too, to be fair(laughs).<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-118\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>La+ and I went pretty deep in the emcee segment as Founder and Executive Officer. The storytelling of the music video and lyrics left quite the impression.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-120\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>&nbsp;I originally wanted to do an upbeat call-and-response type song, but on the day I recorded &#8220;KANSEITOUYORI&#8221;, I thought to myself that this was a song that would sound great live. Therefore, I chose it especially for our holoX live concert, an event very important to us. How was it being face-to-face with the holoXers?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-118\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>&nbsp;I think it&#8217;s quite rare for us to interact with fans like that at a live show. We, of course, could see the lovely holoXers, and the kinds of merch they had brought with them to the concert, but we thought there may have been those who were unsure about whether or not we could actually see them. Therefore, we made sure to make time to communicate with the crowd directly so they knew that we could really see them! We were so happy to be able to see all the holoXers smiling and getting excited when we were singing as well.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-120\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>We really wanted to get as many fans involved as possible during the emcee segments. We also picked out some comments from the stream comment section as well, but it was really fun to talk with everyone at such close range.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-116\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>Actually, Iroha and I also have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/live\/qD-rlwqupDo?si=B0j0eCL9aAct8rlG&amp;t=8961\">experience talking with &#8220;Otaku-kun&#8221; like that on the EXPO STAGE <\/a>at hololive SUPER EXPO 2026 (hereinafter &#8220;EXPO&#8221;). That probably turned out to be good practice.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-122\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>So true! I remember just freely having fun with them.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-116\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>Of course, because it&#8217;s EXPO, there are fans of other talents besides us. But, by pure chance, we managed to get a fan of Iroha&#8217;s. I hope we were able to give that sort of experience during our emcee sections at the holoX live as well.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-124\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>We made sure that you, La+, could actively poke fun at holoXers a little. We knew that others could lead the emcee sections as well, but we believed that she could have a little fun without making fans feel uncomfortable. La+ often interacts with other streamers, so we were confident that we could trust her with emcee duties, as she has great ad-lib skills that keep everyone excited no matter what happens.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-116\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>I see! Well, maybe I was born to be an emcee.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-122\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>Maybe I didn&#8217;t notice during the show because I was nervous, but when I rewatched the recording afterward, it surprised me how wide the range of ages in the crowd was. I really felt like we&#8217;d conquered the world, seeing everyone&#8217;s smiling faces, from adults to young children. As this was the first time for all four of us to be on such a big stage, what I was mainly thinking about was creating something that fans were really happy with and thought, &#8220;These four are the best!&#8221; Of course, there may be fans who think that there&#8217;s no holoX without (Sakamata) Chloe, but we hope that this live concert made those fans think that holoX with the four of us isn&#8217;t so bad, and they&#8217;ll keep watching us.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-118\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>&nbsp;I truly believe that we were able to put on the best show we could with the four of us. I hope this was a bit of a guide to how fans can support us, and I&#8217;m really glad we did it.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-120\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>There was, of course, some uncertainty with how it would go, but we wanted to share those feelings with everyone and overcome them together, instead of just bottling them up.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2015Did the bond between the four of you grow stronger practicing for and performing in this live concert?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-122\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>Definitely. Personally, I feel like we don&#8217;t need to hold back, in a good way, and we can respect each other. Practice was tough for all of us, myself included, and there were times we got down on ourselves because we couldn&#8217;t do something, but I felt like we grew a belief that even when one of us was feeling a bit down, we knew they would get back to normal. I believe in these three, and we are a team where everyone does what they can.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-118\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>We really did become more open around each other. Compared to before, we were more able to enter each other&#8217;s space more and tell each other what we really thought. We all know our role within holoX, and this was a live concert where we came up with what we needed to do individually.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-120\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>We were on the same page when it came to wanting to create a live concert where holoXers would want us to do another one. We surpassed some of our biggest goals and became closer with everyone through just having normal conversations.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-liquid-speech-balloon liquid-speech-balloon-wrap liquid-speech-balloon-116\"><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-avatar\"><\/div><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-text\"><p>We became a lot closer.<\/p><div class=\"liquid-speech-balloon-arrow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2015Lastly, the live concert is currently available as an archive stream.
